1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping:

• Delivery in 2–7 business days

• Flat rate: $9.99

Express Shipping:

• Delivery in 1–3 business days

• Flat rate: $14.99

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and any external courier delays.

 

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $99 AUD.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:

• Check your tracking link for updates

• Contact your local delivery service (e.g., Australia Post)

We ship all Hyprleaf products in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging to align with our mission of reducing waste. That means recyclable boxes, compostable mailers, and zero unnecessary materials.

 

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned—international shipping is coming soon!
